There are now stronger indications that Abdullahi Adamu may have resigned his position as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress as reported by several media outlet last night.
This follows his absence at a meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) presided over by the APC Deputy National Chairman (North), Abubakar Kyari.
The APC National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore who was said to have resigned too was reportedly shut out of the meeting.
According to reports by some sources, Omisore left the party secretariat without speaking with the media while the meeting was ongoing.
Those in attendance at the NWC meeting were Senator Abubakar Kyari, Deputy National Chairman (North), Emma Enukwu Deputy National Chairman (South); National Vice Chairman (North-West), Salihu Lukman; National Vice Chairman (North-East), Salihu Mustapha; National Vice Chairman (North Central), Muazu Bawa; National Vice Chairman (South-West), Issacs Kekemeke; National Vice Chairman (South-East), Ejoroma Arodiogu and the Deputy National Secretary, Barr. Festus Fuanter.
