President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has showered praises on Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka, on his 89th birthday, describing him as a veritable source of support, inspiration and encouragement.
In a statement by special adviser to President Tinubu on Special Duties, Communications and Strategy, Dele Alake, the president commended Soyinka for his immense contributions to the country’s development.
According to Tinubu, Soyinka is a beacon of hope for the new generation while praying to God to grant him long life and good health.
