A Fomer BBNAIJA Housemate, Chichi Okoebor has filed a 100 million naira lawsuit against fellow housemate, Phyna for alleged defamation of character.
Recall Phyna accused Chichi of abandoning her husband and children in Benin City, which resulted in the death of one of her children.
Phyna also accused Chichi of poisoning her friend in Cyprus out of jealousy before leaving the country.
Both claims were debunked by chichi and her legal team and are requesting that Phyna retract her statements across all of her social media platforms, publish her retraction in three widely known newspapers, and pay a compensation of ₦100,000,000 in damages.
