Executive Secretary, the National Universities Commission, NUC, Professor Abubakar Resheed, has handed over voluntarily to Deputy Executive Secretary, Administration, Chris Maiyaki.
Maiyali will act pending appointment of a substantive Executive Secretary.
Rasheed had “voluntarily resigned” from the NUC to resume lecturing at the Bayero University Kano, where he worked prior to his appointment.
