Veteran Nigerian actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, also known as RMD and filmmaker, Jade Osiberu have joined the actors and producers category of the ,Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Nigerian filmmakers joining the writers class are filmmaker Kunle Afolayan, and AMVCA award-winning writer, Shola Dada while Chukwudi “Fiery” Obasi was also listed the directors group.
Other non Nigerian invitees for this year’s class include Keke Palmer, Lashana Lynch, Ke Huy Quan, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd.
