The Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, Thursday, inaugurated modern Control Towers for the Lagos and Tin Can Island Port complexes.
Managing Director of NPA, Mohammed Bello Koko explained that the tower would improve the port’s capacity, service delivery and revenue generation.
He added that the towers which would play a major role in Safety and security of the ports constitute critical operational preconditions necessary for the actualization of becoming the maritime logistics hub for sustainable port services in Africa.
