Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami (SAN) has told the House of Representatives that the alleged illegal sale of 48 million barrels of crude oil valued at $2.4 billion is a lie.
It is the second time Malami is dismissing the allegation while appearing before the House of Representatives adhoc committee investigating alleged loss of over $2.4 billion in revenue from illegal sale of 48 million barrels of crude oil export in 2015.
The minister had added that there were no particulars of the vessels that transported the fuel to China.
He asked the committee chaired by Mark Gbillah to avail him of documents and facts at their disposal to assist him in aiding the investigation.
