Max air’s customer service has been called to question, recently a former Nigerian Senator, Shehu Sani berated the airline for its poor customer service, he tweeted the following below.

yesterday,flight VM1601 scheduled to move from Abuja to Kano left passengers stranded at the Azikiwe Airport Abuja & Aminu Kano Airport for 11 hours.Sensing the anger of the passengers, the Airline counter staff sneaked out and ran away.This is thesame Airline that had bursted tyres last week.
Their attitude to passengers was unethical,impolite and unprofessional
