The Presiding Justice of the Presidential Election Petition Court, Justice Haruna Tsammani has adjourned the petition of Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar to Thursday, May 11.
The tribunal says the fresh motions brought by Tinubu’s legal team seeking to dismiss Atiku’s petition at pre-hearing stage will be entertained on the adjourned date
