The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has published the results of 80 ,000 candidates who participated in the mop-up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination last Saturday.
JAMB, through its spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin disclosed this in its weekly bulletin.
Recall that the board at an emergency meeting which took place on May 1, in Abuja arranged a mop-up UTME for candidates who missed the chance to sit the examinations between the period scheduled by the board owing to no faults of their own.
The examination body in the minutes of the meeting said the mop up examination was for candidates who were verified at their centres but could not sit the examination; those who could not be biometrically verified, and those with mismatched data.
