Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba State has raised the alarm of a plot by top government functionaries in the state to flee with government vehicles and properties.
The governor who claimed to be aware of plans to cart away government vehicles and properties as parting gift said any public servants caught indulging in such act would not be spared.
He gave the warning via a circular issued out to Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs, in Jalingo, the state capital.
The circular which came from the governor through the office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), was signed by the Permanent Secretary, General Services, Ibrahim Dan’Azumi.
