The Kogi state Government has vowed to catch kidnappers and killers of the traditional ruler of Aghara Bunu in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of the state, David Obadofin.
Obadofin was kidnapped in his residence last week by yet-to-be-identified attackers, who later killed him.
Reacting on behalf of the state Government, State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Kingsley Fanwo, described David’s abduction and murder as reprehensible.
He added that the state government would stop at nothing to ensure it gets to the roots of the attack which also claimed the life of two women and ensure the masterminds are brought to book.
Fanwo disclosed that few suspects apprehended were giving useful information to law enforcement agents and promised that the investigation would made public as soon as it is completed.
