The Independent National Electoral Commission has issued certificates of return to the governor elect of Kaduna State, Uba Sani and his deputy, Hadiza Balarabe.
INEC also gave certificates of return to elected members of the State House of Assembly as the winners of the March 18 election.
A total of 29 members-elect of the Kaduna State House of Assembly received their certificates during the event which held at the INEC State Headquarters.
Speaking after receiving his certificate of return, the governor elect appealed to those who contested against him in the governorship election in Kaduna state to join hands with him towards moving the state forward.
