The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has declared the collation centre open in Abuja.
According to the Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the Commission awaits the arrival of all State Electoral Officers to present their results in the open.
However, Collation of results have been postponed till 6pm.
Yakubu also announced the opening of a media centre for all media briefings unconnected to the Collation of election results.
