EFCC Releases Hotlines to Report Vote Trading Incidents

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) wants the public to actively report any case of vote buying or selling, or other evidence of financial malpractices designed to compromise the electoral outcome.

This information was disclosed by the Chairman of the Commission, Abdulrasheed Bawa who also charged officered deployed for the elections to be conscious of the interest of the nation.

The Commission directed the public to reach the Commission through its social media handle, @officialefcc or by email, info@efcc.gov.ng to report any infraction.

He also asked the operatives to exhibit a high sense of professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
