The Court of Appeal sitting in Yola has set aside the High Court ruling nullifying the elections of the All Progressives Congress governorship candidates for Taraba, Emmanuel Bwacha,
The appellate court also dismissed the high court ruling that sacked Aisha Binani elections as the APC governorship candidates for Adamawa states.
The court then ordered that their names should be forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission as APC governorship candidates for both states.
