Breaking: Court Declares Sen. Bassey Otu authentic APC guber candidate in Cross River
A federal high court sitting in Calabar has declared Sen. Prince Bassey Otu the authentic APC guber candidate in Cross River State.
Sen. Owan Enoh had in a suit approached the court seeking to disqualify Senator Bassey Otu as the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu made the declaration while delivering judgment in the suit in Calabar.
