Gunmen, on Friday killed no less than six policemen who were part of the convoy of founder of the Omega Fire Ministries, Johnson Suleman along the Benin-Auchi Road in Edo State
The clergy man who had just returned from a foreign trip however escaped the attack.
The attack was confirmed by Edo state Police Public Relations Officer, Chuidi Nwabuzor
He said six persons including policemen and Suleman’s drivers were killed, adding that efforts were on to locate the whereabouts of a domestic staff.
He also noted that one of the assailants was gunned down during the attack.
