What is Pro-Life?
Donald Trump and his wicked Republican buddies locking up children in cages in their bid to enforce their immigration policies, is pro life.
He is sanctimoniously screaming pro life, while the lives of children with cancer and those of the elderly they are depriving of proper healthcare, shelter and education are being destroyed.
They and their ignorant followers are talking about the abortion crap, and it is certain that they don’t care any more for the lives of the unborn babies than for those that have been born as long as they are not white babies.
There is a felon in the White House, who sponsored his own abortions, and today is destroying the healthcare system. He just withdrew his country from the World Health Organization, and some of us are here cheering him on. Please.
Abortion, Gay and Lesbian issues, Immigration and the other issues are used by Trump and his cult members to deceive the people.
We must focus on other issues,that in my opinion I consider pro life issues: Gun violence prevention laws, healthcare, homelessness, racism, hunger, disease, protecting the elderly, the weak and vulnerable, stopping wars, are all pro life issues. Calling for mercy and kindness to others and for the world is PRO-LIFE.
We all went to a Christian school and I recall that we read the Bible and prayed 5 times a day. In addition, we studied the Bible like a subject and many of us like myself scored high marks in this study. I know what the Bible is all about: It is a message of love, acceptance, compassion, understanding,humility and humble behavior towards others regardless of their creeds, race, tribe,religion,etc.
But Trump and his colleagues and their cult members, who claim to be “Christians”, are all practicing the complete opposite of what Jesus Christ taught us, and negating those things we learned from the Bible growing up in our Anglican Schools.
For those jubilating with Trump today, remember the words of Pastor Martin Niemoller:”…..they came for the socialist and I did nothing… because I was not a socialist….then they came for others…the Jews, and I did not speak out because I was not others nor a Jew….then they came for me… and there was no one left to speak for me…”
Those who claim on this platform to be friends with Trump and have direct access to him, please call him and ask him to have mercy as Jesus admonished us that, “ Blessed are the merciful “
Ask Trump to show compassion for the vulnerable, as Jesus said, “Whatever you do for one of the least of these, you do for me”.
And for those Christians supporting and applauding Trump as he packs helpless immigrants into deportation, remember what Jesus said, “ Depart from me, you are cursed into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels, for I was a stranger and you did not welcome me”
Let us who claim to be Christians not be angry with Jesus Christ for His teachings like Trump and his cult followers abroad and at home.
Also, please don’t be mad at me for showing you the ways of Christ, even as I don’t claim to be a good follower of His ways, but when they will come for us, I will show that I spoke, and loudly I have spoken.
