The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has pegged 150,000 dollars as appearance fee for each of the 8 African Women Football Clubs participating in the CAF Women’s Champions League Morocco 2024.
This year’s prize money was increased by 52% by CAF with Nigeria’s representative, Edo Queens expected to smile home with 255 million for participating in the competition.
The prize money for the CAF Women’s Champions League Morocco 2024 will see the following;
Winner – USD 600 000,
Runner Up: USD 400 000
3rd Place: USD 350 000
4th Place: USD 300 000
3rd Of The Group: USD 200 000 each
4th Of The Group: USD 150 000 each
The 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League begins on Saturday in two Moroccan cities with eight clubs comprising hosts, ASFAR, Mamelodi Sundowns, Aigles de la Medina, Edo Queens, University of the Western Cape, UNAF, FC Masar, and CBE FC and TP Mazembe.
Meanwhile CAF has launched a new logo which will be part of the identity of the CAF Women’s Champions League Morocco 2024.
