The Federal High Court in Abuja has rescheduled its judgment in a case seeking to remove Abdullahi Ganduje as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress to September 23.
The matter, which was earlier fixed for Wednesday was not on the cause list.
The North Central APC Forum, led by Saleh Zazzaga, filed the suit questioning Ganduje’s appointment, arguing he is not from the North Central zone.
They seek to restrain Ganduje from acting as chairman and prevent INEC from recognising APC actions under his leadership.
