Users of Social Media Platform X, formerly known as Twitter, were left bewildered on Thursday as they logged in to find their timelines virtually blank.
Numerous reports flooded in from users around the globe, indicating that previous tweets, replies, pictures, and videos were nowhere to be found.
The incident has sparked a new trend on the platform, with the tag #MyTwitter gaining traction as users voice their concerns and share their experiences.
Many are questioning whether this unexpected development is a deliberate action taken by the platform which has undergone several reforms since Tesla Boss, Elon Musk took over the platform or if it is simply a result of technical glitches causing a temporary downtime.
Some users took to other social media platforms to express their frustration and seek answers.
However, at about 7:45am (WAT) some users confirmed that some of their tweets had been recovered.
Neither Elon Musk or X is yet to speak on the development.
