Akwa Ibom state governor Umo Eno has denied an allegation that he rejected and spoke against the recent Presidential Election Petition Tribunal judgement.

Eno in a statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh described the social media allegation as malicious, stating thatthe writer of the article is a known agent-provocateur who manufactures falsehood, lies and vile blackmail to satisfy his political sponsors.

According to Udoh, the governor, holds the judiciary in the highest esteem and believes deeply in his heart, that the institution, represents the last hope of the common person.

He also appealed to the public to discountenance such publication, warning mischief makers to have a rethink.

Recall a social media post had accused the governor of thrashing the judgement of the presidential election tribunal which was in favor of President Bola Tinubu.
